An individual may contribute a maximum amount of $2,400per election (the primary and general are separate elections) to a federalcandidate. Federal Multi-candidate political action committees (PACs)may contribute $5,000 per each election, primary and general. Contributions from corporations andprofessional associations (PA) are prohibited. Contributions and gifts to Friends of James Roach forCongress are not tax deductible for Federal Income Tax Purposes. Federal law requires us to use our bestefforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name ofemployer of all individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 perelections Cycle.
