As our District and Nation face many challenges it is critical that we have clear communications between the Citizens of this District to Washington.
As your representative I understand that my job consists of two major parts:
- Listen to all of the residents of our District and represent those views in Washington to develop legislation that helps our district and our country.
- During the Campaign process I will attend as many meetings, Parades, Local Events and small get-togethers as possible to allow everyone the chance to tell me where they stand on current and future issues.
- After being elected the Congressional schedule will have me in Washington about 3 weeks out of every month. I will be holding meetings during the remaining days at various locations throughout the district to update you on what Washington has been doing and gather your input for my next month in Washington. The month of August is also a House recess and will be spent meeting with the citizens of our district.
- Provide information about developing legislation to the residents of our district as it develops. With the development of 24 commentary TV and Radio I will work hard to undo the "spin" and half truths about legislation as it is developed. I have included this year's schedule below to show the many times a congressman should be in their district.
- Provide monthly forums for me to meet with citizens of this district to discuss the issues.
- Utilize the internet to provide up to date information back to the district on legislation.
- Develop a "Misinformation" hotline to fight the half-truths and spin from Media, Lobbyists, and chain emails.
I believe our District needs a REPRESENTATIVE that understands the importance of truly representing the people.
